What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends
- Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates specialized in AI, Data Science, Digital Product Management, and more
- Conduct candidate assessments and manage offer negotiations with a consultative approach
- Advise leadership on market insights, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies
- Deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on AI, Data, Digital, and Technology roles
- Proven success recruiting technical, senior, and leadership talent within the tech industry
- Extensive network within AI, engineering, data, and digital communities
- Experience recruiting for financial institutions, fintech, or major tech companies
- Skilled in using modern ATS, sourcing tools, market intelligence platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies
- Ability to influence hiring leaders and execute recruiting strategies quickly and effectively
Most Important Requirement:
Candidates must have demonstrated success recruiting AI, Data, and Digital talent, with a strong network in these markets.

- Pay: $45 – $70 per hour, based on experience
