Are you detail-oriented and experienced in email deployment? We’re seeking a skilled Email Deployment Specialist to join our client communications team on a full-time contract basis. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end deployment of email campaigns using Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer, ensuring every email is flawless, accurate, and responsive across all devices. Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and review email campaigns, ensuring quality and accuracy before sending
- Perform thorough pre-send testing across desktop, mobile, and webmail clients
- Monitor campaign performance metrics like open and click-through rates
- Create and maintain reusable email templates compatible with Outlook and MS Office
- Troubleshoot and resolve email rendering, delivery, and sending issues
- Generate performance reports and suggest optimizations for future campaigns
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer for email deployment
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and email rendering across major clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail)
- Experience with email QA processes and cross-device testing
- Skilled in interpreting campaign analytics and reporting trends
- Capable of building Outlook-compatible email templates
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle urgent requests with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulated industries like financial services
- Familiarity with email testing tools and deliverability best practices
- Basic knowledge of email authentication protocols
