What You’ll Do:
- Manage all daily site operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Supervise and support direct support staff, providing guidance and training.
- Implement and oversee programs tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and well-being.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, safety, and licensing regulations, ensuring a safe, homelike environment.
- Participate in individual treatment planning meetings and coordinate necessary documentation.
- Act as a liaison with families, guardians, external agencies, and team members to ensure coordinated care and support.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience developing programs and training staff.
- Bilingual skills for serving diverse populations.
- Certification in crisis intervention or staff training.
- Knowledge of Medicaid programs and regulatory compliance.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to coordinate transportation and ensure vehicle safety.
- Experience with budget management and conducting internal and regulatory inspections.
