What You’ll Do:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the assigned site, ensuring consistent excellence in service delivery.
- Supervise direct support staff and support the implementation of programs tailored to individuals’ needs.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, safety, and licensing regulations, fostering a homelike and secure environment.
- Attend and actively participate in individual treatment planning meetings, documenting outcomes and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, external agencies, and team members to coordinate care and services.
- Oversee transportation logistics, including scheduling and vehicle safety.
- Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Support budget oversight, quality inspections, and regulatory compliance efforts.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong understanding of healthcare safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with program development and staff training initiatives.
- Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency for diverse populations.
- Certification in crisis intervention or related staff training.
- Familiarity with Medicaid and regulatory compliance processes.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to coordinate transportation and manage vehicle safety.
- Experience with budget management and quality assurance processes.
