Position Details:
- Location: Newport, NH
- Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Pay Type: Hourly

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility support
- Assist individuals in developing communication, social, and life skills
- Ensure safety and well-being of all residents
- Support participation in community activities and events
- Complete household tasks like meal prep, laundry, and cleaning
- Follow personalized care plans and actively contribute to goal achievement
- Advocate for individuals’ needs and rights
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care
- Document activities accurately and maintain required records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (willing to drive passenger van)
- Medication Administration Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to support others
