Position Details:
- Location: Lyme, NH
- Shift: Monday – Friday, Night Shift
- Pay Range: $19 – $23 per hour
- Pay Type: Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, meal prep, and mobility assistance
- Support individuals in developing communication, social, and life skills to foster independence
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents by adhering to safety protocols and care plans
- Assist residents in participating in community activities, outings, and events
- Perform household tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable living environment
- Follow personalized care plans and contribute to individual goal setting and achievement
- Serve as a trusted advocate, championing the needs and preferences of the individuals you support
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional, consistent care
- Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and progress in compliance with organizational standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with willingness to drive a passenger van
- Medication Administration Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
