What You’ll Do:
- Provide personalized care including bathing, toileting, meal preparation, and mobility support
- Assist individuals in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Support participation in community activities to promote independence and social engagement
- Complete household chores such as laundry and light housekeeping
- Follow tailored care plans and work towards individual goals
- Act as a dedicated advocate for the individuals you support
- Collaborate with team members to deliver top-quality care
- Accurately document daily activities and maintain required records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to drive a passenger van
- Medication Administration Certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Compassion, reliability, and motivation to support others
Work Schedule & Location:
- Hours: Monday – Friday, Day Shift
- Location: Lyme, NH
