Position Details:
- Location: Fall River, MA
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
- Pay Range: $87,000 – $93,000 per year
- Benefits: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
- Work Type: Full-Time, Salaried (no 3rd party billing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical consultation, behavioral interventions, and therapy to individuals referred by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
- Develop, implement, and monitor assessment and intervention strategies tailored to each individual.
- Offer training and supervision to staff, including Behavioral Treatment Specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate staff training sessions to support effective care.
- Manage program resources responsibly while maintaining fiscal accountability.
- Respond promptly to emergency referrals, providing evaluations and interventions as needed.
- Participate in rotation-based on-call services to support ongoing client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field OR a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals exhibiting severe behavioral challenges.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in behavioral health or related settings.
- Strong knowledge of behavior change principles and clinical assessment techniques.
- Exceptional sensitivity, professionalism, and respect for clients' dignity.
- Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable, insured vehicle, and willingness to transport clients.
