Heidi embarked on her journey with Fast Switch in 2015 as a Recruiting Manager, leveraging over two decades of staffing industry expertise. Rising through the ranks, she now serves as Principal Owner & CEO, driving vision, strategy, and growth.
In her previous role as VP of Operations, Heidi implemented operational best practices and delivered top-tier staffing solutions to Fortune 1000 companies nationwide. A graduate of The University of Rhode Island with a BS in Marketing, Heidi, from Marshfield, MA, enjoys boating, CrossFit, and family time with her husband, sons and Sully, the family goldendoodle.
