Heidi Sullivan

Heidi embarked on her journey with Fast Switch in 2015 as a Recruiting Manager, leveraging over two decades of staffing industry expertise. Rising through the ranks, she now serves as Principal Owner & CEO, driving vision, strategy, and growth. 

In her previous role as VP of Operations, Heidi implemented operational best practices and delivered top-tier staffing solutions to Fortune 1000 companies nationwide. A graduate of The University of Rhode Island with a BS in Marketing, Heidi, from Marshfield, MA, enjoys boating, CrossFit, and family time with her husband, sons and Sully, the family goldendoodle.

Krisi Griffith Chief Financial Officer

Krisi Griffith joined Fast Switch in 2008. As the Chief Financial Officer, she oversees the company’s day-to-day finances and administrative activities. Prior to joining Fast Switch, Krisi worked as a CPA for 12 years with local firms in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Ohio. 

Krisi grew up in Somerset, PA and attended Indiana University of PA where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1995, graduating magna cum laude. She received her CPA certification in 1997. She is a member of the AICPA and OSCPA. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

Chris Rose Chief Delivery Officer

With over two decades of experience in Healthcare and Technology sectors, Chris excels in designing and executing strategic recruiting solutions to enhance the quality of hires and retention.

Having worked in corporate and consulting settings, he adeptly leverages stakeholder relationships to optimize talent acquisition processes, demonstrating expertise in workforce planning, creative sourcing methods, and strategic talent campaigns.

Chris holds a B.A. in English from Assumption College and brings additional value as a former certified trainer in Organizational Diversity, Leadership Training & Organizational Compliance.

Kevin Sullivan Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer, Kevin brings to the table a wealth of expertise garnered from 27 years in the staffing industry. With a comprehensive understanding of operational intricacies, Kevin oversees the technical functions of the company, ensuring efficiency and excellence across all operations as well as transforming executive vision into execution. His journey within the staffing realm has been extensive, having performed virtually every role within a staffing firm, equipping him with a profound understanding of industry dynamics and operational best practices.
