Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all testing activities for a major transformational project, including planning, execution, and review phases.
- Oversee QA teams, possibly managing multiple QA Leads, ensuring high standards are maintained across all testing phases.
- Manage test planning, script creation, and execution; monitor testing progress and report on quality metrics.
- Identify workflow gaps, UI issues, and technical risks; collaborate with teams to develop solutions.
- Facilitate communication across development, QA, business, and project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Manage resource scheduling, estimate testing efforts, and oversee defect triaging and test coverage traceability.
- Ensure testing processes adhere to deadlines and quality standards through continuous monitoring and risk assessment.
- Act as a thought leader, contributing insights to improve testing processes and product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality assurance, with strong leadership capabilities.
- Deep understanding of QA practices, testing methodologies, and automation strategies.
- Experience in test traceability, defect triaging, and managing testing lifecycle stages.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical and non-technical information clearly.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess quality metrics and project risks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Rapid learner with domain knowledge relevant to client applications.
