What You’ll Do:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript.
- Automate IT and business operations with innovative workflows.
- Create and enhance user interfaces, including service portals and widgets.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Conduct thorough testing and ensure high-quality delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective technical solutions.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation and provide ongoing support.
- Explore opportunities to incorporate GenAI capabilities to modernize processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in JavaScript, GlideRecord, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience working with Hardware and Software Asset Management modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and adaptability.
- Additional experience with SAMPro or similar software asset management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience applying GenAI to automate manual workflows or processes.
