JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a senior full stack developer who is a hands-on builder with deep knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI. This person will own the full lifecycle of enterprise-grade applications—from translating business requirements into scalable architectures, to standing up proof-of-concepts, to delivering production-ready code. The role requires operating effectively in a large enterprise environment with strong familiarity around security frameworks, platform integrations, and production readiness.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements to Architecture
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs, system architectures, and data flow diagrams.
Proof-of-Concept Development
- Rapidly prototype solutions to validate feasibility, demonstrate value, and accelerate stakeholder buy-in.
Full Stack Development
- Own the end-to-end codebase: backend services, frontend interfaces, APIs, Terraform IaC, setup and deployment pipelines.
Performance Engineering
- Design and optimize data-heavy applications that handle large-scale datasets with low latency and high reliability.
Enterprise Integration
- Build and maintain integrations across enterprise platforms including identity providers, internal APIs, and shared services operating at scale across multiple business lines.
AI-Augmented Development
- Leverage GenAI-assisted coding tools and agentic frameworks to accelerate development velocity while maintaining code quality and best practices.
Agentic AI Design and Orchestration
- Architect and build multi-agent systems, designing agent roles, tool integrations, orchestration patterns, and memory strategies using frameworks like Google ADK, LangGraph, or CrewAI to solve complex enterprise workflows autonomously.
Enterprise Production Readiness Knowledge
- Navigate enterprise production readiness processes, including KeyBank IT/application standards, submitting/managing ServiceNow change records (CRs), and coordinating across infrastructure, security, and platform teams to deploy to production.

- Multi-agent orchestration: designing, deploying, and managing systems with specialized agents collaborating
- GenAI integration via Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs, or similar platforms
- AI-assisted development using tools like Google Code Assist, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot
- Stays current on evolving AI frameworks/patterns
Enterprise Operations
- Active Directory group management and RBAC patterns
- SSO and Okta integration for federated identity
- ServiceNow: submitting change requests (CRs), service requests, coordinating approvals for production changes
- Comfortable coordinating across cross-functional teams to drive deployments and resolve dependencies
- Familiar with enterprise change management, production governance, and release coordination
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 5+ years in a full stack capacity
- Demonstrated history building and shipping enterprise-grade applications from scratch (not only maintaining existing systems)
- Experience in large financial institutions or similarly regulated industries (strong plus)
- Comfortable collaborating across cloud, networking, DevOps, infrastructure, security, data, and business teams
- Track record independently driving technical initiatives from concept through production
