Required Skills:
- Valid State of Connecticut Registered Nurse license
- Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
- CPR certification at the healthcare provider level or eligibility to obtain within 90 days
- Strong clinical skills including medication administration, triage, and patient assessment
- Proficiency in electronic health records and healthcare technology
- Exceptional communication abilities, including proficiency in Spanish or additional languages (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of population health and patient education principles
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Experience working with socioeconomically diverse, multiethnic populations
