Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire.
- Associate’s degree (ADN) or Bachelor’s degree (BSN) in Nursing.
- 1-3 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in community health, outpatient, long-term care, or home health settings.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to coordinate care effectively.
