What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of daily operations at the site, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise direct support staff and support the implementation of personalized programs aligned with individuals’ needs.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a safe, homelike environment.
- Attend and actively participate in individual treatment meetings, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, external agencies, and team members to coordinate care and services.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Familiarity with Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS) guidelines.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in program development and staff training.
- Bilingual capabilities or proficiency in additional languages.
- Certification in crisis intervention or staff training programs.
- Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and compliance standards.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call responsibilities, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to oversee transportation and ensure vehicle safety.
- Experience with budget oversight and conducting quality inspections.

- Hourly Pay: $30 – $40, based on experience.
