Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in Vermont or applicable state
  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in outpatient, community health, or long-term care settings
  • Strong observational skills, excellent communication, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to follow care plans accurately and work under supervision of RNs or physicians
