Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral and safety plans, including risk assessments and mental status evaluations
  • Conduct clinical assessments, especially during psychiatric crises
  • Provide behavioral interventions to promote skill development and independence
  • Deliver training on treatment protocols, trauma-informed care, and best practices in mental health
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including DDS and Human Rights regulations
  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and continuous training sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Licensed Clinician , with either BCBA, LMHC, or LICSW, with a Master’s Degree in mental health, psychology, social work, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with mental health and developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral support techniques and person-centered planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with DDS and Human Rights regulations
  • Valid driver’s license and successful completion of CORI and DDS background checks

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Active daily routines including walking, standing, and driving
  • Dynamic, fast-paced environment with periods of high stress
  • Ability to respond calmly and effectively to medical, psychiatric, and behavioral crises
  • Capable of intervention during emergency situations in a professional manner

Work Schedule-on-site:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
