Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral and safety plans, including risk assessments and mental status evaluations
- Conduct clinical assessments, especially during psychiatric crises
- Provide behavioral interventions to promote skill development and independence
- Deliver training on treatment protocols, trauma-informed care, and best practices in mental health
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including DDS and Human Rights regulations
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and continuous training sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinician , with either BCBA, LMHC, or LICSW, with a Master’s Degree in mental health, psychology, social work, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with mental health and developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavioral support techniques and person-centered planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with DDS and Human Rights regulations
- Valid driver’s license and successful completion of CORI and DDS background checks
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Active daily routines including walking, standing, and driving
- Dynamic, fast-paced environment with periods of high stress
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively to medical, psychiatric, and behavioral crises
- Capable of intervention during emergency situations in a professional manner
Work Schedule-on-site:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
