We are seeking an experienced Change Management Learning Consultant to lead innovative training initiatives for complex projects within our Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO). In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to assess learning needs, develop cutting-edge training curricula, and ensure high adoption rates through effective measurement and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments in partnership with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Develop and execute strategic training plans utilizing adult learning theories and best practices
- Create engaging learning content, including eLearning, videos, podcasts, and leveraging AI technologies
- Manage training delivery end-to-end, from needs analysis to measuring outcomes and adjusting strategies
- Oversee LMS functions such as learner registration, course uploads, and learning path creation
- Collaborate with global resources to ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery
- Monitor training effectiveness through rigorous evaluation and analytics, making data-driven improvements
- Ensure compliance with CFPMO training standards and integrate training into broader project plans
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive experience in learning and development
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering training for complex projects
- Hands-on experience with Workday Learning Management System and SharePoint
- Advanced proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and SharePoint
- Strong consulting skills, with the ability to partner effectively with project leaders and SMEs
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools like Jira, MS Project, and LucidSuite
- Knowledge of ADDIE framework and adult learning principles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
