Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with cooking, budgeting, personal care, and daily living activities
- Administer or supervise medications following MAP guidelines
- Follow individualized treatment plans and behavioral strategies
- Transport residents to appointments and community activities
- Encourage healthy coping skills, socialization, and independence
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
- Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior experience in direct care, residential, or human services preferred
- Current MAP certification or willingness to complete paid training within three months
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Ability to assist with mobility and daily activities
- Compassionate, dependable, respectful, and patient attitude
Work Schedule & Hours:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
