Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support individuals in developing communication, social, and life skills
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals under your care
- Encourage participation in community activities and outings
- Follow individualized care plans and contribute to personal goal achievement
- Advocate for the individuals you support
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care
- Accurately document activities and maintain required records
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a passenger van
- Medication Administration Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to support others

Pay & Benefits
- Competitive pay rate: $17 – $22 per hour
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Benefits include healthcare coverage
