Position Details:
- Location: Glastonbury, Connecticut
- Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.40/hour (dependent on shift)
- Pay Type: Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct personal care and support to individuals based on their unique needs and goals, facilitating activities both at home and in the community.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, household chores, and medical appointments.
- Encourage and support the self-administration of medications, monitoring health and well-being, and reporting any changes in behavior or physical condition.
- Prepare materials and assist with program activities and community engagement projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation including data collection, charting, and electronic records in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Ensure safety by applying emergency procedures like First Aid and CPR when necessary.
- Uphold confidentiality and respect the privacy of individuals served at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid driver’s license
- Compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn
- No prior experience necessary — training provided!
