Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum) environment to support the development and enhancement of the KeyNavigator platform.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions independently with stakeholders across different departments.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
- Evaluate current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimization.
- Support quality assurance processes through user acceptance testing, ensuring seamless application releases.
- Understand and communicate security, risk management, and IT best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Influence the scope of new features and enhancements aligned with strategic priorities.
- Maintain knowledge of the SDLC and how it impacts deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with proven success in working with moderately to highly complex systems.
- Expertise in eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
- Experience creating detailed requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data-driven insights and support decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with vendor system integrations and data conversions.
- Knowledge of Change Management, Security, and Risk principles.
- Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Benefits & Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $45 – $50 per hour (W2).
