Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop, implement, and supervise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians and support staff
  • Monitor client progress utilizing precise data collection and analysis; adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote client success
  • Ensure all services adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards
  • Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation
  • Offer caregiver training to foster skill generalization and independence

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Proven experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
  • Strong data analysis, treatment planning, and staff supervision skills
  • Knowledge of ethical and professional standards in behavior analysis
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
