Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and supervise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and train behavior technicians and support staff
- Monitor client progress utilizing precise data collection and analysis; adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote client success
- Ensure all services adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards
- Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation
- Offer caregiver training to foster skill generalization and independence
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Proven experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
- Strong data analysis, treatment planning, and staff supervision skills
- Knowledge of ethical and professional standards in behavior analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
