What You’ll Do:

  • Implement and support Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) customized to each child's unique needs
  • Coach, train, and model positive behavioral techniques to staff
  • Collect, manage, and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment plans
  • Assist with conducting functional assessments and updating individualized plans
  • Respond confidently to behavioral crises and support safety interventions
  • Coordinate clinics, manage schedules, and maintain accurate documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with individuals with special needs
  • Knowledge of ABA, Positive Behavior Supports, or Trauma-Informed Care is a plus
  • RBT certification is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (required within 3 months of hire)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience coordinating treatment clinics and schedules
  • Familiarity with behavior analysis software and data collection tools
  • Staff mentorship or coaching experience

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Prior experience in behavioral health, developmental support, or special needs programs

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel locally between clinics
  • Availability to work some weekends and holidays as scheduled
