What You’ll Do:
- Implement and support Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) customized to each child's unique needs
- Coach, train, and model positive behavioral techniques to staff
- Collect, manage, and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment plans
- Assist with conducting functional assessments and updating individualized plans
- Respond confidently to behavioral crises and support safety interventions
- Coordinate clinics, manage schedules, and maintain accurate documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with individuals with special needs
- Knowledge of ABA, Positive Behavior Supports, or Trauma-Informed Care is a plus
- RBT certification is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (required within 3 months of hire)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience coordinating treatment clinics and schedules
- Familiarity with behavior analysis software and data collection tools
- Staff mentorship or coaching experience
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
- Prior experience in behavioral health, developmental support, or special needs programs
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel locally between clinics
- Availability to work some weekends and holidays as scheduled
