Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to define and maintain target operating models, including tools, technologies, and best practices
- Translate business needs into innovative, service-oriented architecture solutions leveraging APIs and event-driven patterns
- Provide technical guidance during solution design, coding, and implementation phases
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
- Conduct architecture reviews, industry research, and proof-of-concept testing to stay ahead of trends
- Ensure architecture standards are followed and solutions are reusable, scalable, and performant
- Assess current technology landscapes, identify gaps, and recommend strategic investments
Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8+ years of solutions architecture or related experience (tech lead, senior designer)
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing complex solutions
- 2+ years working with sales & distribution technologies, including marketing, wealth management, or insurance distribution
- Strong collaboration and mentoring skills, with experience guiding development teams
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture, event streaming (Kafka), web services (REST/SOAP), and data modeling
- Proven ability to lead architecture activities, foster teamwork, and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications: - AWS Certifications
- Experience with Vertica, Kong, Salesforce, React, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of financial, insurance, and investment data
