Key Responsibilities:
- Define and refine enterprise AI architecture aligned with business strategies
- Design scalable, secure, and compliant AI automation solutions across the organization
- Architect end-to-end AI pipelines, including data engineering, RAG models, MLOps, and lifecycle management
- Collaborate closely with business, product, and engineering teams to translate needs into AI solutions
- Develop reusable reference architectures for generative AI, conversational agents, predictive models, and automation systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in application development, engineering, or solution delivery
- 1+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering, data science, or architecture experience
- Proven expertise with machine learning frameworks and generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio/Agent Builder)
- Strong cloud experience, particularly with Microsoft Azure, and modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, API-first)
- Proficiency in Python, Azure Machine Learning, or related AI/ML tools
- Extensive experience with MLOps/LLMOps ecosystems such as MLflow, Kubernetes, LangChain, and vector databases
- Knowledge of RAG systems, embeddings, vector storage, and retrieval optimization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading enterprise-wide AI platform buildouts
- Deep understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and risk management in AI
- Prior involvement in large-scale digital transformation projects
Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
- Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and maintainability across AI projects
- Support teams with technology evaluations, model development, prompt engineering, and deployment strategies
- Mentor and develop engineers, analysts, and product teams on AI best practices
Data & Integration:
- Collaborate with data architects to develop robust data pipelines, feature stores, and governance strategies
- Design secure, high-performance integrations between AI models and enterprise systems via APIs and microservices
Governance & Compliance:
- Maintain adherence to security standards, data privacy policies, and regulatory requirements
- Implement responsible AI practices, including fairness, explainability, and continuous monitoring
Operations & Optimization:
- Define and oversee MLOps/LLMOps standards for CI/CD, model monitoring, and drift detection
- Drive ongoing improvements in model performance, operational efficiency, and cost management
- Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms for AI system health monitoring
