Mark Pukita
Chief Executive officer & Founder

Mark Pukita founded Fast Switch in 1996. Mark is responsible for directing business strategy and overseeing the financial, administrative, and operational activities of Fast Switch. Prior to starting the company, Mark worked for large information technology companies like IBM and EDS, as well as regional and local IT consulting companies. He earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering, with honors, from The Ohio State University in 1981. His passions include family, travel, cooking, wine, Italian language and culture, and snow skiing,

Krisi griffith
Chief Financial Officer

Krisi Griffith joined Fast Switch in 2008. As the Chief Financial Officer, she oversees the company's day-to-day finances and administrative activities. Prior to joining Fast Switch, Krisi worked as a CPA for 12 years with local firms in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Ohio. Krisi grew up in Somerset, PA and attended Indiana University of PA where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1995, graduating magna cum laude. She received her CPA certification in 1997. She is a member of the AICPA and OSCPA. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

Heidi Sullivan
Heidi Sullivan
Vice President, Operations

Heidi joined Fast Switch as a recruiting manager in 2015 and has 20+ years experience in the staffing industry. Heidi has progressively taken on additional responsibilities and now oversees the operational best practices of Fast Switch as our Vice President of Operations, and strives to create remarkable experiences for our employees, customers and consultants.

Prior to joining Fast Switch, Heidi's career has been focused on delivering nationwide staffing solutions to Fortune 1000 companies throughout the United States.

Heidi grew up in Humarock, MA and attended The University of Rhode Island where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, graduating cum laude. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, CrossFit, and spending time with her husband and 2 boys.

Chris Rose
Vice President, Healthcare Division

Chris has two decades of experience designing and executing strategic recruiting solutions to drive increased quality of hires and retention within the Healthcare and Technology sectors.

He has worked in both corporate and consulting environments, developing and leveraging stakeholder relationships to maximize efficiency in talent acquisition and selection process improvement, Chris has consistently proven his expertise to clients in workforce planning, creative sourcing methods, strategic talent acquisition campaigns and development of passive candidate networks.  

Chris earned his B.A. English from Assumption College. He received training certifications for Organizational Diversity & Compliance through Employment Learning Innovations and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
