Health Insurance with HSA & FSA
Our healthcare plan is a high deductible plan with a health savings account (HSA). The deductions will be withheld pre-tax, saving you taxes on the premium.
401(k) Retirement Savings
Our 401(k) has a 3% match that vests immediately. Yes, that's correct, immediately!
For Fast Switch Team Members electing dental as part of their benefit portfolio, coverage starts on the first day of the month following the first day of employment.
For Team Member's electing Vision as part of their benefit portfolio, coverage starts on the first day of the month following the first day of employment.
Short Term Disability Insurance
Full time Team Members will be automatically enrolled with Short-Term Disability. Premiums will be withheld from your paycheck after taxes so that the benefit can be received tax-free.
Long Term Disability Insurance
Long Term Disability insurance is provided to all eligible Team Members. You will be responsible for the tax on the premiums, so the benefit can and will be received tax-free. The premium will be paid 100% by Fast Switch.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Due to the “Flexible Benefit Plan” Team Members have the opportunity to accept or decline PTO in their benefit plan. PTO time is very flexible and can be used to take vacation, holidays, sick leave, and personal time.
